Steve has many years experience of financial management
within a multi-national business and has been instrumental
in setting up the stringent financial controls within
which our business operates. |

Dave
Thomas , Purchasing Manager
As Purchasing Manager, David is the key link between
Opco and its supply chain of Sub-Contractors and
Suppliers. With over 10 years experience in both
materials and sub-contract procurement, David's
role incorporates management of the approved supply
chain databases, the establishment of term agreements
with key supply chain members and in turn, monitoring
the performance of the supply chain to ensure it
continues to meet expected performance targets of
Opco.

Alistair Greening, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager
The opportunities and company ethos provided by Opco was one reason why Alistair has returned to work in South Wales having previously worked throughout the UK and Europe.
Alistair has taken up the newly created position of Corporate Social Responsibility Manager utilising the experience gained working for a global contractor management organisation and as director for safety, health and environment in an integrated construction contracting company.

Prosser, Design Manager
As Design Manager, Carl's role is wide
ranging from the review of the client brief to design
co-ordination and the compilation of final documentation,
no technical stone is left unturned. A chartered
builder with a masters degree in construction management,
Carl has in-depth experience over a broad range
of construction project types.

Ashley Willis , Commercial Manager
Ashley was appointed Commercial Manager in September 2006 and is responsible for a number of key clients of the business. Ashley strives to maintain strict financial control on projects and insists this is only achievable by utilising the construction processes that Opco have implemented.

Nathan Holmes , Commercial Manager
As one of 3 Commercial Managers, Nathan is responsible for the commercial management and reporting of a number of Projects within the business. With over 10 years experience in site based contract surveying, Nathan’s role, in conjunction with a team of Surveyors, incorporates the full commercial control & reporting of projects from Contract Award through to Settlement Of Final Account.

Mike Somers, Commercial Manager
As a Commercial Manager, Mike’s role as part of the team is to pursue active and integrated review of financial and construction matters, with the design and construction teams, to ensure projects are completed within budget.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Mike has a broad range of experience with all types of building projects, including Design and Build, PFI and Traditional Contracts.
